Ingredients (for two serve)
8 leaves of chinese cabbage
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of sesame seed
1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce
A bit of sugar
Direction
1. Boil chinese cabbage in the hot water until they become soft.
2. Shred 1. and wring the water out.
3. Mix with 2. , mayonnaise, sesame seed, sugar and soysauce before serve.
