Ingredients
2 cups of sugar frosted cereal
2 tablespoons of whole wheat flour
A bit of salt
20 ml of milk
1 plum
2 tablespoons of sugar
water
Direction
1. Cut the plum to small dice, and boil in the sugar water until water has evaporated.
2. Mix cereal, flour and salt in the bowl.
3. Mix 2 and 1.
4. Pour milk into 3 and mix well.
5. Pour oil into 4 and mix well.
6. Use spoon 5 to place in the oven pan. One scoop correspond to one cereal bar.
7. Bake in the heated with 180 Celsius degree oven for 20 minutes.
