Chinese cabbage salad

Ingredients (for two serve)

8 leaves of chinese cabbage
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of sesame seed
1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce
A bit of sugar

Direction

1. Boil chinese cabbage in the hot water until they become soft.
2. Shred 1. and wring the water out.
3. Mix with 2. , mayonnaise, sesame seed, sugar and soysauce before serve.

Plum cereal bar


Ingredients
2 cups of sugar frosted cereal
2 tablespoons of whole wheat flour
A bit of salt
20 ml of milk

1 plum
2 tablespoons of sugar
water

Direction
1. Cut the plum to small dice, and boil in the sugar water until water has evaporated.
2. Mix cereal, flour and salt in the bowl.
3. Mix 2 and 1.
4. Pour milk into 3 and mix well.
5. Pour oil into 4 and mix well.
6. Use spoon 5 to place in the oven pan. One scoop correspond to one cereal bar.
7. Bake in the heated with 180 Celsius degree oven for 20 minutes.

Plantain Cereal Bar

Ingredients

1 cup of sugar frosted cereal
2 tablespoons of whole wheat flour
A bit of salt
20 ml of milk
25 ml of vegetable oil
1 plantain banana

Direction

1. Mix cereal, flour and salt in the bowl.
2. Cut plantain to small cubicle and mix with 1.
3. Mix mild and oil well and put into 2.
4. Bake in the heated with 180 Celsius degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
5. Taken away oil spill over from the cereal by kitchen paper.
6. Cut it into the preferable size.

Fried fish with soy source flavoured

(For serve of two)



Ingredients:



2 fillets of white fish

1 bushel of green onion

1 bushel of Japanese parsley (substitute: 4 layers of lettuce)

1 stalk of celery

1/2 of red bell pepper

red pepper (Half portion of garlic)

1 piece of garlic

Ginger (same portion of garlic)

6 teaspoons of Soy source

6 teaspoons of sesami oil
