Tossed bean sprouts salad with sesame flavour


Ingredients

Bean sprouts

1 tablespoons of sesame oil

1 tablespoon of mirin (substitute: 2 tablespoons of grated apple)

1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce

1/2 tablespoon of sesame seed

Direction

1. Boil Bean sprouts in the hot water for 40 seconds or so.

2. Use colander and take away the water.

3. Mix sesame oil, mirin, soy sauce and sesame seed in the bowl.

4. Add bean sprouts into 3.

Breaded Pork fillet cutlet (serve for two)


Ingredients


Pork fillet 400g

1 egg
Flour
A bit of salt
Water
Bread crumbs
Vegetable oil
Japanese Tonkatsu sause or Okonomi sauce

Direction

1. Slice pork fillet into 1cm thick.

2. Mix egg, flour, salt and water to make it like a soup texture.

3. Put pork fillet into 2.

4. Bread 3 into bread crumbs.

5. Deep-fry in the oil until the outside turn to brown color.

6. Put on the kitchen paper and let it absorb the oil from the fried pork.

7. Serve pork with the sauce.
