Fried chicken Japanese style

Ingredients :
Chicken
Soy sauce
Mirin (sugar or apple instead)
Rice wine (white wine instead)
Sesame oil 2 tablespoon
Ginger 1 tablespoon
Garlic 1 piece
Onion 1/4 of regular size of onion
Flour
Vegetable oil

* the proportion of Soy sauce, Mirin and Rice wine would be 1 : 1 : 1, however, adjust by your preference

Directions :
1. Cut chicken into one bite size.
2. Grind onion, garlic and ginger.
3. Mix Rice wine (or white wine), Mirin (or sugar/grinded apple), Soy sauce,
and one table spoon of Sesame oil, and put grinded onion, garlic and
ginger in it.
4. Put chicken into mixed sauce and wait for twenty to thirty minute.
5. Dredge chicken in flour before fry.
6. Heat vegetable oil with one tablespoon of sesame oil and fry chicken.
7. Take away chicken from the oil and put it on the kitchen paper
for five minutes at least.
8. Fry chicken again.

* frying time would depend on the size of the chicken. If you see smaller less bubbles around the chicken, that’s the sign that chicken is cooked.
