Scallop dumplings with bean film

Ingredients:

Dumplings
Scallops
Chinese cabbage
Celery
Dried bean's film
Salt
Pepper

Sauce
Soy sauce
Mirin (sugar and grinded apple instead)
Sesame oil
Chili pepper

Direction:
1. Shred Chinese cabbage and put into the bowl with salt, and let it dehydrate.
2. Wash the Chinese cabbage in the water. And wring out them as possible as you can by your hands.
3. Do direction # 1 and #2 again.
4. Shred celery.
5. Cut scallops into cube size.
6. Mix Chinese cabbage, celery, and scallops with salt and pepper (the filling of dumplings).
7. Put dried bean's film into boiled water. Keep boiling until the bean's film gets soft.
8. Fold the filling of dumplings by bean's film.
9. Steam dumplings until the color of bean's film turn to whitish.
10. Mix ingredients of the sauce.
11. Souse the sauce on dumplings before eating.

*** Another alternative of cooking ***
* You can use shrimps or mashrooms instead of scallops.
* You can fry dumplings instead of steaming.
